CHATHAM ACADEMY INVITED TO COMPETE IN ACES NATIONALS TOURNAMENT 2023

The Chatham Town Academy has enjoyed a brilliantly successful 2022/23 campaign, winning the F2 Tactic League, the U18 Kent Cup and also the Champions Cup, securing the treble.

As a result, the club has been invited to the ACES Nationals Tournament 2023, which takes place in Nottingham in July.

The Prestigious tournament see’s clubs invited from all across England, putting aspiring young players on the map with major club scouts in attendance.

First Team Coach and Academy Manager, Tim Moffatt, is immensely proud of his sides achievements this season and has lauded the opportunity ahead.

“The ACES tournament is a well-respected National competition of maximum integrity, showcasing the best talents across the country.” Moffatt said.

“To get invited is an honour and we’re really looking forward to it. After the Academy had such a fantastic season, winning the treble, the boys are looking forward to testing themselves against fellow Champions.”

Across the board, our other Youth sides finished runners-up in the U19 Youth Alliance League, whilst others consolidated their positions in their respective leagues.
